Bug reports and related problems

1) Canonical variates analysis aborts after writing variables statistics.
Solution: please download (below, in this page) the new CANOVAR.EXE file and replace the old version.

2) Nonmetric multidimensional scaling does not save dissimilarity matrix despite that the Save Matrix box is checked.
Solution: please download the new NMSCAL.EXE file and replace the old version.

3) The decimal separator is a comma, rather than a dot.
Solution: Change the international settings in the Control Panel to American English, for example.



Erratum in User's Manual p. 15. first bulleted paragraph should read:



DOWNLOADS

The following section contains modules and other parts of the software which replace those with earlier creation dates. Please feel free to download them, and copy the files into your working SYN-TAX 2000 directory.
